Ecng DLLs

I'm not familiar with Ecng and I see they are heavily referenced. (Ecng.Collections, Ecng.Serialization, etc.)
Who owns them?
Are they open source?
Is the source code posted somewhere?

Thank you.

Thanks:

Thank you for your quick response.

Starting this week I plan to spend a lot of time digging into S#. I am impressed by the size and scope of what you have done. I would like to build my open source trading platform on top of yours, perhaps with contributions to yours. I prefer not to reinvent the wheel.

But the language barrier is huge! Your English seems good, but my Russian is non-existent. My apologies.

I've communicated with another "elite" member at futures.io who also looked hard at S# but gave up and went a different direction.

So here are two preliminary questions, just to get started:
1. Your github readme.md doesn't mention your openness to contributions. Are you eager, or are you barely willing, to receive pull requests from others? Or would you prefer that others just create github issues and leave the coding to you?
2. Your documentation is in Russian and Google Translate does a not-quite-good-enough job. Would you be interested in my adding an English translation into a Docs folder on your github site? I would start with the Google Translate version with minor edits, then I would point out places where I am unable to comprehend so others could help with that important final five percent.

Best regards,
Dale

P.S. I am dalebrubaker on github and my email address is listed on my profile there.

Ping me on Telegram. My name is @stocksharp. We have en doc (not fully completed but yes we have). And yes the current model based on pull request.

Major requirement for contributors - be a professional programmers (strongly well formed code) and be responsible for the modified feature (to use it in a real live).
