Exporting large files (Hydra Freezes)

Hi,

I'm having some issues with Hydra when I am trying to export large amounts of data.

First I am having to load the data for the given time period (this alone seems to take an extremely long time. 20 million timeframe candles takes over 12 hours just to load onto the platform before it can be exported. After that Hydra keeps freezing and often crashes when trying to export the data.

This data is just over a 2 month period so it's very frustrating as I need to export 2 years worth of data...

Is there anything that can be done to speed this process up or stop hydra freezing so much?

Thank you for your response.

Hydra download data with intervals. It means most of time it is in waiting mode to avoid high loading market data source.

About your export. Could you please provide more details? What the destination format is? It would be perfect if you will send us some screencast.
