SampleHistoryTesting. Strategy controls chart by them self.
Optimization do not uses EmulationSettings. StartTime and StopTime.
Strategy. Moved orders and positions subscriptions to OnStarted
Genetic optimizer uses step info.
SampleRealTimeEmulation. Real depth added for display.
SampleRealTimeEmulation. Chart orders supported.
