If you use Linux, due to .NET Core technology you can work with our platform in Windows, Linux, MacOS!!!

I know how nuget works and read the manual carefully. The 5.0 package is not available in visual studio because you haven’t made it publicly available on nuget.org.

Please more attention to steps 4 and 5 in the instruction. It is a key moment that you do wrong. 5.0 already on Nuget (much longer than this news exist, about 1 month) and other uses provide us feedback every day.
