TimeoutException

Hi

I have moved my application to my server, but on connecting I get an error:


2017/11/07 16:31:02.182|Error  |BasketMessageAdapter|Connection error for InteractiveBrokersMessageAdapter: System.TimeoutException: Connection was not established in allowed time.

Could you please send whole exception info (stack trace included)?

Hi

It seems like this problem only occurs when IB TWS loses connection. If you wait it returns and you can connect again

In this case we recommend to use direct connection to Interactive Brokers via FIX protocol.
