Cannot generate Bars from TrueFX Level 1 Data

When I look at the "Level 1" Screen I'm able to load the data for a particular symbol and time interval.

However, when I try to load the data for the same symbol and time interval in the "Candles" window and I select Build From: Level 1, it says "No Data"

Why cant I generate bars from TrueFX data?
