API 4.2.2.6. NullReferenceException в момент подключения

В примерах коннекторов API 4.2.2.6. для OEC (SampleOEC) и ETrade (SampleETrade) при попытке соединения вылетает ошибка:

An exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in StockSharp.Algo.dll but was not handled in user code

Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

If there is a handler for this exception, the program may be safely continued.
