I'm not familiar with Ecng and I see they are heavily referenced. (Ecng.Collections, Ecng.Serialization, etc.) Who owns them? Are they open source? Is the source code posted somewhere?

Nowhere as I know.
Thank you for your quick response.
Starting this week I plan to spend a lot of time digging into S#. I am impressed by the size and scope of what you have done. I would like to build my open source trading platform on top of yours, perhaps with contributions to yours. I prefer not to reinvent the wheel.
But the language barrier is huge! Your English seems good, but my Russian is non-existent. My apologies.
I've communicated with another "elite" member at futures.io who also looked hard at S# but gave up and went a different direction.
So here are two preliminary questions, just to get started:
