You need to update nuget with version 5.0. It's not publicly available.

What exactly you mean?

Go to nuget and you’ll see the latest version is 4.4.16.

I know how nuget works and read the manual carefully. The 5.0 package is not available in visual studio because you haven’t made it publicly available on nuget.org.

Please more attention to steps 4 and 5 in the instruction. It is a key moment that you do wrong. 5.0 already on Nuget (much longer than this news exist, about 1 month) and other uses provide us feedback every day.
