Telegram Integration: Management and Notifications

🔥 🤖 We are pleased to announce the launch of new services on our platform through integration with the Telegram messenger. You can now manage your trading robots and strategies more conveniently through Telegram. All these services offer a free version and are also included in our subscription plans.

👀 🤖 The first service is Telegram robots. It lets you manage trading strategies directly through Telegram. You can view real-time trading statistics, start or stop specific strategies, and reconnect them to trading. The service is already integrated with Designer and Shell (an update will be available next week). It also lets Hydra users view market data download statistics. This is especially useful when your applications are running on a computer that you cannot access immediately, such as a virtual server.

⚡️ 🤖 The second service is Telegram alerts. It lets you send messages from trading strategies to Telegram. You can use it to:

1. Receive prompt Telegram push notifications about trading robot errors.
2. Send trading signals to both public and private channels.
