Please turn on Verbose log level (setup here https://doc.stocksharp.com/html/cad29e79-36c5-4bc2-9e4d-8a1cfc6a8a31.htm ) and send us logs.
Today, I uploaded the log file of Interacitve Brokers! C# Terminal can not create log files directly. I use the contact tool on C# Terminal to send the files. I don't know if the files you received are valid. Please inform me if you need to send the log files again.
