StockSharp provides support and assistance to its customers. Support is provided only with purchased products, subject to the comments below:

  1. We provide assistance with training course regarding examples and materials, regarding the use of the programs mentioned in the course and solving the problems encountered. For questions not directly related to the course, support can also be provided, but not guaranteed.
  2. We provide assistance with connectors in relation to their initial installation and configuration. Correct installation and configuration is considered to be a working S#.example that comes with the connector.
  3. We do not provide support separately from any product. If you need a solution to a specific issue, we recommend using our new service S#.Freelance
  4. We do not provide support for a custom solution. If you encounter a problem while writing your own robot, we recommend using our new service S#.Freelance
