Hi,

I have just signed up for a support plan after struggling to download LMAX data for backtesting. I have tried to download tick data but I am facing an error which I will attach as an image below.

The software lets me download level 1 & market depth data which seems to be downloading correctly, but no ticks are downloaded. I've attached a second image to show this.

My question is, how can I download tick data from LMAX? Do I need to have an active FIX API account setup with them first and pay their $300/month fees? Currently I just have access to their web trader...is this the probem?

Any help would be much appreciated. I am a compete beginner with this platform and am used to using MT4/5 platforms.
