BitStamp - Data processing error
Atom

Hi,

I love the project architecture, unfortunately the example I found about BitStamp does not work even after identifying valid ID codes. The error (on the attachment) occurs continuously.

Would anyone have a suggestion?
Thank you in advance,

Hi, Francis

Couldn't reproduce the issue. I can see that the error related with account info. What the underlying currency in your account? EUR, USD?

USD, but currently I have nearly no money on my portfolio (0.53$). Can this be the cause of the problem?

Unfortunately currently BitStamp required many of verification process and we cannot complete it for some of official reasons. We cannot test it.

You can use the BTCE connector if the exchange will be accepted for your trading.

Hi,
I'm also getting an error in the BitStamp Connector from three different programs.
I sent you an email with a key+secret i made for testing so you could have a look.
Thanks

Connector 7/4/2017 9:20:36 AM +02:00 Error Newtonsoft.Json.JsonSerializationException: Cannot deserialize the current JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) into type 'System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable`1[StockSharp.BitStamp.Native.UserTransaction]' because the type requires a JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) to deserialize correctly.
To fix this error either change the JSON to a JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) or change the deserialized type so that it is a normal .NET type (e.g. not a primitive type like integer, not a collection type like an array or List<T>) that can be deserialized from a JSON object. JsonObjectAttribute can also be added to the type to force it to deserialize from a JSON object.
